• Assessment Tools: Self-reflection quizzes and wellness tracking features

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account. When you create an account:

• Emergency Situations: If you're experiencing thoughts of self-harm, call emergency services (000 in Australia)
• Professional Care: We strongly encourage seeking professional help for serious mental health concerns
• AI Limitations: Responses are generated by AI and may not always be appropriate or accurate
• Data Learning: Our AI may learn from interactions to improve service quality

5. Payment and Refund Policy

For our premium services and healing packs:

• Pricing: All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) including GST where applicable
• Payment Processing: We use Stripe for secure payment processing
• Digital Products: Access is granted immediately upon successful payment
• Change-of-Mind Refunds: Delivered digital products are not refundable for change of mind. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product details before instant access is provided.
• Technical Support: If you experience technical issues accessing your digital content, contact sisi@sisithefox.com and we will assist you in resolving access problems.
• Australian Consumer Law Rights: This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if access is not delivered, does not work, or is materially different from its description.
